What’s included
We start every project with a detailed assessment of your existing foundation and surrounding area. This allows us to determine the appropriate foundation depth and identify any building code requirements, especially those related to future plumbing or electrical upgrades. Working closely with a licensed architect and engineer, we’ll develop comprehensive design plans and secure all necessary approvals before construction begins.
To protect the structural integrity of your home, the perimeter will be carefully divided into 2–3 foot sections and excavated in a staggered manner. Our team will dig to the required depth, pour a new concrete foundation, and complete all structural work with precision and care. Outdated plumbing will be removed and replaced, and a modern waterproofing system will be installed to keep your basement dry and free from moisture.
Once the foundation work is complete, we’ll lay a new basement floor and carry out any planned interior renovations—ensuring quality results from the ground up.
